The number of sessions depends on your goals and needs. Some clients may find relief after a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support. Your therapist will work with you to determine the right length and frequency for you.

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Exceptions include situations involving harm to self or others, abuse, or legal requirements, which your therapist will explain in your first session.

We offer in person sessions on Thursday’s and Saturday’s in Orlando (32822). We offer virtual therapy services to clients throughout Florida and South Carolina.

Therapy appointments are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately.
